摘要:  摘要:海上风电场的尾流具有较强的规律性,其使得各排风机捕获的风速不同从而工作在不同状态,因此传统风电场单机等值调频控制方式存在局限性。文章针对海上风资源的特点和双馈风电机组 (double-fed induction generator, DFIG) 有功控制方式,提出了基于尾流效应的海上风电场多机等值调频控制方法,定性定量地分析了在不同风况、方案下风机调频能力及调频成本的变化。算例仿真结果表明,与单机等值、单一调频指令的调频方式相比,基于风区划分的海上风电场多机等值方法更为合理,在此基础上进行合理分配调频功率和调频时间的调频控制方法可以为系统提供更好的动态频率支撑,同时具有较短的恢复时间及更高的经济性。

Abstract:  ABSTRACT: The wake effect of offshore wind farm has strong regularity, which makes each row of turbines to capture different wind speed and thus work in different states, consequently limitation exists for traditional frequency control based on single equivalent method. According to the characteristics of offshore wind resource and the active power control of doubly-fed induction generator wind turbines, this paper proposes a multi-turbine equivalent frequency control method for offshore wind farm considering wake effect, which can qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the change of the frequency control capability and cost of the wind turbine under different wind conditions and in different schemes. Simulation results show that, compared with the frequency control method with single equivalent and single frequency control command, multi-turbine equivalent method for offshore wind farm based on wind speed sector division is more reasonable. Allocating the frequency control power and time reasonably based on the proposed method can provide better dynamic frequency support as well as shorter recovery time and have higher economy for power system.
